Specifications

• The machine is ready to form wire automatically, from the wire coil.
• It is composed by 4 axes, controlled by servo motor:
  • Te X-axis controls the traction box, with 4 motorized rollers.
  • Te Y-axis controls the wire folding rotation.
  • Te Z-axis controls the folding surface.
  • The U-axis controls the positioning of the folding tool.
• The wire uncoiler has the capacity of 800 kg maximum.
• All the movements are controlled by automaton, with tactile console for parameterization and program selection.
• The equipment is completely armored and complies with the general safety regulations.
