• Prepared to roll evaporator with the inclusion of 3 chest models to be defined.
• The molds of the chests are made of aluminum, with intermediate increases, depending on the customer's references.
• The traction is done through motorized traction rollers and a system for straightening the tube.
• The thrust arm is moved with servomotor and controls the ascent and descent of the arm.
• The guides that move the lowering roller are commercial, made of hardened and ground steel, to allow guiding through skids with balls (linear bearing type), in which there is no wear or clearance.
• All movements are controlled by automaton.
• The machine is completely shielded to comply with European safety standards.
